Arthur was living in Brooklyn, New York before he was killed in action.
Arthur Partridge is captain of the USS Clarence E. Walsh and one of the United States Navy's top commanders, on a career track to becoming an admiral. A long time friend of Sam Fisher's, Partridge was the commanding officer for a short time when Sam was a Navy SEAL, and the two have maintained a good relationship over the years.
Captian Arthur Partridge was seen in a WNM news report on July 4th, 2007. He was stationed on the USS Clarence E. Walsh when it was hit by a North Korean anti-ship missile and destroyed. Directly before the attack he was mentioning to a reporter from the news station that they were in the process of having a barbecue and afterwards they were going to light off some fireworks to celebrate, it was shortly after that he and his crew were killed in action.
